By registering for the Feminine Money Shift™ Workshop, you agree to the terms below.

1. About This Workshop

Feminine Money Shift™ is an educational and personal development workshop designed to help you explore your relationship with money, business finances, and financial leadership in a more embodied and aligned way.

This workshop is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, mental health, or financial planning advice. You are responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions during and after the workshop.

We encourage you to consult your own accountant, bookkeeper, attorney, financial advisor, tax professional, or other qualified professional regarding decisions specific to your circumstances.

2. No Guarantees

We hope this workshop brings you clarity, insight, and meaningful shifts.

However, we cannot guarantee any specific result, including business growth, increased income or profit, clients, financial outcomes, or personal transformation. Your results depend on many factors, including your choices, circumstances, implementation, and support.

3. Personal Responsibility & Well-Being

This workshop may include reflection, sharing, journaling, visualization, embodiment practices, and conversations about money, emotions, identity, business, and personal experiences.

Because of the nature of this work, emotions, memories, or areas of discomfort may arise.

Your participation is always voluntary. You are the ultimate authority on your own experience and are encouraged to participate in a way that feels supportive, appropriate, and aligned for you. You are encouraged to honour your own body, boundaries, and inner knowing at all times. You may pause, step away, keep your camera off, stay muted, or choose not to participate in any exercise or discussion.

This workshop is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical care. Please seek appropriate professional support when needed.

4. Payment & Refunds

Your registration is subject to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

We offer a full money-back guarantee because we believe in this work.

If you attend the workshop in its entirety and feel that it did not provide value for you, contact us within three (3) business days of the workshop and we will provide a full refund.

This guarantee applies only to the individual who purchased the registration and is not available to guests attending through a shared viewing arrangement.

5. Shared Viewing

Unless otherwise stated on the registration page, one registration may be used for you and guests who attend the workshop with you through your same device, household, office, or shared viewing setup.

The registered participant is responsible for ensuring that any guests attending through their registration understand and follow these Terms and Conditions, including the confidentiality, conduct, no-recording, intellectual property, and media release provisions.

By attending through a shared viewing arrangement, guests agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

6. Technology

This workshop may be delivered virtually through Zoom or another online platform.

While we will do our best to provide a smooth experience, technology issues can happen. Spiritual Women's Academy, Christene Sismondo, and Karen Dyrenforth are not responsible for internet outages, device issues, software problems, platform disruptions, connection speed, audio or video issues, or other technical difficulties that may affect your ability to attend or participate.

7. Workshop Materials & Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, teachings, frameworks, slides, handouts, recordings, resources, and content are owned by Spiritual Women's Academy, Christene Sismondo, and/or Karen Dyrenforth.

Your registration gives you permission to use the materials for your own personal learning only.

You may not copy, share, sell, teach, reproduce, distribute, record, publish, or create derivative works from the workshop materials without written permission.

8. Recording, Media Release & Testimonial Consent

This workshop may be recorded.

Your participation in the workshop may be recorded. If you choose to speak, appear on camera, use the chat feature, upload materials, complete forms, or otherwise participate, your contributions may appear in recordings and related materials. You are responsible for what you choose to share.

If you choose to appear on camera, you are responsible for anything visible in your background, including images, logos, artwork, or other materials.

By attending and participating, you give Spiritual Women's Academy, Christene Sismondo, and Karen Dyrenforth permission to record, capture, use, edit, publish, share, and repurpose your name, image, likeness, voice, comments, questions, statements, chat messages, written submissions, feedback, testimonials, photos, forms, and other materials or contributions you choose to provide.

This may include audio, video, screenshots, photographs, Zoom recordings, chat comments, written forms, and other materials shared before, during, or after the workshop.

These materials may be used in any media now known or later developed for educational, informational, promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, including current or future workshops, trainings, courses, programs, memberships, websites, social media, emails, sales pages, advertisements, and other products or services.

You understand that recordings and participant contributions may be edited, excerpted, combined with other materials, included in future offerings, or used in whole or in part.

You will not receive payment, royalties, licensing fees, or other compensation for this use, and Spiritual Women's Academy, Christene Sismondo, and Karen Dyrenforth are not required to seek additional approval before using materials covered by this agreement.

9. Your Agency & Participation Choices

You are always at choice in how you participate.

If you do not want your name, face, voice, comments, questions, or contributions to appear in recordings or related materials, you may keep your camera off, stay muted, use an alternate display name, and refrain from using the chat, Q&A, or other interactive features.

10. Community Care & Confidentiality

This workshop may include personal sharing.

You are giving Spiritual Women's Academy, Christene Sismondo, and Karen Dyrenforth permission to use your participation and contributions as described above. You are not giving that permission to other participants.

You agree to honour the privacy of other participants and not share another participant's personal stories, identifying information, business details, comments, or private experiences without their permission.

11. Participant Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, supportive, and safe environment for all participants.

This workshop is intended for learning, connection, and participation. Using the workshop, chat, attendee list, private messages, breakout rooms, or related communities to solicit clients, promote products or services, recruit participants, or engage in unsolicited marketing is prohibited unless expressly authorized by us.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, repeated disruption, unauthorized promotion, solicitation, spam, or conduct that negatively impacts the experience of other participants will not be tolerated.

Spiritual Women's Academy, Christene Sismondo, and Karen Dyrenforth reserve the right to remove any participant from the workshop, related communities, or future workshop activities without refund if these expectations are violated.

12. No Recording by Participants

Participants may not record, screenshot, livestream, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the workshop without written permission from Spiritual Women's Academy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiritual Women's Academy, Christene Sismondo, Karen Dyrenforth, and their team, contractors, affiliates, and representatives are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, decisions, outcomes, or consequences related to your participation in the workshop.

Any liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to attend the workshop.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
